E3 AFA is 100% pure Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA), one of nature's most perfect foods. This unique blue-green algae grows wild in the spring-fed pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake, Oregon. AFA is an exceptional source of health-promoting phytochemicals, such as phycocyanin, a natural COX-2 inhibitor; omega-3, one of the most important of the essential fatty acids; phenylethylamine (PEA), which enhances attention and elevates mood; and polysaccharides, which stimulate the immune system.
